Workmanship Policy

At STACHE we will always perform a thorough consultation prior to the service. However, if the final result doesn't present as you discussed, STACHE will rectify the problem at no extra charge. If you don't like the final result by choice, STACHE will change and re-work at usual pricing rates. STACHE allows 2 weeks maximum for you to return with undesired results. STACHE will not take any responsiblity for returned complaints any later than 2 weeks from your appointment date. Please note: We cannot guarantee our work if you are not using the home hair care that is recommended by STACHE.
